What is a bouquet share? A bouquet share is a flower subscription that benefits both YOU and the farm. When you subscribe, you reserve a "share" of the season's flower harvest and receive a beautiful bouquet each week for the duration of your subscription.
When and where do I pick up my flowers? Each bouquet share will be picked up at Buttercup the flower shed located at 1701 S. Cheyenne Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066. The flowers will be available for pickup on Wednesday from 10 am - 8 pm.
I’ll be on vacation, am I able to pickup my bouquet another day of the week? We regret that we cannot accommodate re-scheduling of missed pick-ups due to our subscription process. If you need to miss a pick-up, we highly recommend having a friend or family member collect it for you. They will appreciate the beautiful flowers! Sharing flowers with loved ones is a wonderful way to brighten their day! If you're unable to find someone to pick up your share, you will forfeit it for that week.
BOUQUET SHARE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By purchasing a Jordon's Flower Farm Bouquet Share, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient.I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full, I have secured my bouquet share for the respective season. There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my bouquet share once purchased.
START DATES: I understand that the start date of the bouquet share is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that Jordon's Flower Farm will communicate via email to inform all members of updates and the official start date, and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm via email (jordon@jordonsflowerfarm.com) if I am not receiving notifications near the projected bouquet share start date of March 2025.
SHARE PICKUP: I understand that my share will be available for pick up during the designated share date/time at Jordon's Flower Farm, 1701 S. Cheyenne Rd., Sapulpa, OK 74066. If I am out of town or unable to pick up my bouquet share for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to collect my share. If I am unable to pick up my share, I will choose a friend to do so. I understand that if my share is not picked up on the designated day/time, I forfeit that share. I will not receive credit or a refund for any shares that I do not pick up.
SHARING THE RISK: I understand that as a member, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that the risks include poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as tornado, ice storm, fire, flood, or drought.
COMMUNICATION: I understand that email is how Jordon's Flower Farm communicates updates and changes, as well as how they distribute the newsletter during the season. By signing up for the bouquet share, I understand that I will be added to the email list, and I agree to add jordon@jordonsflowerfarm.com to my email contacts. I understand that Jordon's Flower Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to emails going to my Spam folder or Promotions tab.
